We produce complete vibrating and shaking sieves with tensioning edges for changing screens quickly.
Sieve mesh is usually woven from spring steel wire, as this is a particularly wear-resistant, shock-resistant, tough material. Stainless steel mesh is also used for certain purposes: its rustproof qualities and toughness yield an excellent sieve mesh for many applications, especially when sieving corrosive substances. Stainless steel mesh is also often preferable for sieves which are not used for long periods, whose quality deteriorates substantially owing to rusting.
We weave sieve mesh from the materials mentioned in various mesh sizes and wire diameters. We can supply it cut to size, on the roll or in the form of complete sieves with tensioning edges.
